Vu1 Announces Debt Financing, CEO Transition
SEATTLE, June 9, 2009 - Vu1 Corporation (OTCBB: VUOC), announced today that it has signed a non-binding term sheet for secured convertible debt financing with Full Spectrum Capital, LLC (Full Spectrum) and has received payment of an initial $500,000. The total amount of this debt financing will be determined by Full Spectrum, up to $7 million. Should Full Spectrum provide $3 million in financing, it may elect to fund a second round of debt financing to follow, in an amount determined by Full Spectrum, up to $15 million. Full Spectrum is a newly formed LLC that is managed by R. Gale Sellers, Vu1's Founder and President.

Manufacturing Capability Acquired
Wholly owned subsidiary brings pilot plant manufacturing capability and expertise in Czech Republic
October, 2007 - Vu1 Corporation (formerly Telegen Corporation) formed a wholly owned subsidiary, Sendio s.r.o., in the Czech Republic to enter into a lease for office and manufacturing facilities. The lease, which is effective from November 1, 2007 and terminates on June 30, 2008, provides Vu1 Corporation with a pilot plant to assess the feasibility of manufacturing of its energy efficient, environmentally friendly lighting technology.Sendio has appointed Philip G. Styles as the new VP Manufacturing and General Director for Sendio s.r.o. Styles worked for Sony Corporation for 14 years in various technical and managerial positions in production engineering. Phil has also held several senior management positions in manufacturing, including a recent joint venture manufacturing operation between LG Electronics and Royal Philips Electronics. Styles has built a team of 40 engineers and related technologist for Sendio and plans to begin work on Vu1’s new lighting product immediately.
